Find below examples of VKM’s studio practice. Each stencil piece originates from her photography and layers range between 6 to 23, depending on the level of detail. Viki employs canvas, timber, paper, metal, repurposed signage and cardboard, skate decks and other found objects as mediums to work on.

Using a combination of aerosol, acrylic and oil paint and inks in the pieces. The subject matter is dependant on where she is and what she has been shooting. In the urban environment , there is an emphasis on figurative works, skaters, dog walkers, signage, hydrants and more recently architecture. Time spent travelling between NSW and her QLD hinterland getaway/studio inspires wildlife, flora and fauna works. A love of travel photography also inspires much of her work.
